Responsibilities

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the SailPoint Developer will be responsible for providing technical expertise across SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) modules, including Provisioning, Access Certification, Role Management, and Policy Enforcement within the enterprise environment.

The role involves in-depth technical development of SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, forms, and custom integrations by following established standards, procedures, and methodologies.

The developer will assist in building and maintaining the overall SailPoint IAM infrastructure, handling tasks such as installing, upgrading, patching, deploying, configuring, developing BeanShell/Java rules, building REST API integrations, testing, and documenting solutions within a complex SailPoint enterprise environment.

Position Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Direct Experience in Authentication/Governance products.
• SailPoint Identity IQ (at least 3+ years).
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational database.
• Demonstrated experience making technical decisions regarding assigned tasks when presented with options by other team members.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and identifying potential problems and making appropriate changes as necessary.
• Demonstrated experience creating technical documentation.
• Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
• Coding experience (e.g. PERL, XML, JavaScript, etc).
