Job summary

Guardian Life invites an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our IAM team in India. You will design and customize IIQ components, automate provisioning, and integrate with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.

You should have 6–8 years in IAM with strong Java/Beanshell, REST APIs, and CI/CD exposure. This role offers challenging projects in a fast‑paced environment with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of IAM and IIQ development experience.
• Proficient in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON.
• Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, JML, provisioning, and certifications.
• SQL knowledge with Oracle/SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components (workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning).
• Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes.
• Automate provisioning and integrations using Python/PowerShell and REST APIs.

• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with 6–8 years of experience in IAM to support the development, automation, and integration of identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components (workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning).
• Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes.
• Automate provisioning and integrations using Python/PowerShell and REST APIs.
• Integrate IIQ with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.
• Support governance processes including SoD, access reviews, and audit compliance.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in SailPoint IIQ development.
• Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON.
• Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, JML, provisioning, certifications).
• SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).

Preferred

• Exposure to Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes.
• SailPoint certification is a plus.
