Job summary

Careernet is seeking an experienced IdentityIQ developer in Hyderabad to design and implement IIQ rules, workflows, and provisioning logic. The role emphasizes building integrations (REST/SOAP, JDBC, LDAP) and supporting lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) while ensuring RBAC-aligned processes.

The candidate should have 6-9 years of IdentityIQ experience, strong Java/BeanShell skills, and hands-on governance configuration.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of IdentityIQ development experience.
• SailPoint IdentityIQ development including IdentityIQ Rules Development and IIQ Workflow Development & Customization.
• Strong BeanShell scripting and Core Java.
• IdentityIQ provisioning and governance configuration: Before/After Provisioning Rules, BuildMap Rules, Correlation Rules, Identity Attribute Rules, Validation Rules, Provisioning & Aggregation, and Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Integration and troubleshooting: Application Onboarding and Integration, Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, REST/SOAP Web Services, XML (IIQ object configuration), SQL (queries and troubleshooting), and Debugging & Troubleshooting IIQ issues

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ rules, including Identity Attribute Rules, Validation Rules, Correlation Rules, and BuildMap Rules.
• Implement provisioning logic using Before/After Provisioning Rules, Provisioning & Aggregation, and IdentityIQ Forms and Provisioning Policies.
• Build and maintain IdentityIQ workflows for IIQ Workflow Development & Customization, including Access Request & Approval Workflows and RBAC‑aligned processes.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations for Application Onboarding and Integration using REST/SOAP Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Support lifecycle management for Joiner, Mover, Leaver events and perform Debugging & Troubleshooting IIQ issues across rules, workflows, and configurations.
