Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to own IMCR program deliveries and coordinate with VES COEs to ensure TCPs meet IMCR targets. The role includes leading workshops with Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, tracking releases, and managing time plans and budgets for IMCR proposals.

The incumbent will monitor risks, prepare MIS reports for leadership, and support change scopes, budget estimations, and CFT formations. Extensive cross-functional interaction is required.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical / Electronics degree required.
• 6–8 years of relevant IMCR/engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with VES COEs to ensure TCPs meet IMCR targets.
• Own IMCR deliveries to program reviews as single point of contact for VES.
• Identify IMCR proposals.
• Conduct workshops with Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers.
• DCR, validation, FTR; track Pre-EN/EN releases for IMCR proposals.
• Prepare time plans, budgets, and form/monitor CFT for IMCR proposals.
• Brainstorming and cost benchmarking for IMCR ideas and design optimization.
• Monitor IMCR proposals and escalate risks to GPH/Delivery heads/Vertical heads/President.
• Circulate Project MIS reports to leadership.
• Support scope changes, budget estimation and CFT formation for new IMCR proposals.
• Monitor supplier development activities and elevate critical concerns.

Job description

• 1. Communication with VES all COE's for ensuring Program defined TCP are meeting the IMCR Targets.


• 2. Act as single point of ownership for VES IMCR deliveries to Program CPH/ Group CPH/ Vertical Head reviews for the respective projects.


• 3. Idetifying the IMCR proposals


• 4. Conducting the Workshop with Tire 1 & Tire 2 suplier


• 5. DCR, Validation, FTR. Pre-EN and EN release tracking for IMCR proposals


• 6. Timeplan, Budget preparation, CFT formation and monitoring for IMCR proposals.


• 7. Well versed for Brain Storming & vehicle level IMCR idea generation by doing architecture study, cost comparision, standardisation, benchmarking, layout study, feature comparision, alternate sourc & design otpimization etc.


• 8. IMCR proposal/Project Risk monitoring and escalation to GPH's/Delivery heads/Vertical Heads/President.


• 9. Circulate Project MIS report to leadership team.


• 10. Support for new IMCR proposal change scope finalization, Budget estimation and CFT formation


• 11. Monitor supplier end development activities for IMCR ideas and elevate critical concerns.
