Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to monitor IMCR projects, drive proposal improvements, and push cost-saving initiatives. Travel to Haridwar and Nashik will be required as part of project execution.

The candidate should have BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability to drive value engineering across platforms and commodities.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills & networking with CFT members.
• Teamwork & seamless collaboration with CFTs.
• Adaptability & passion to learn new things.
• Knowledge of Function based Value Engineering methodology.
• Project Planning & Implementation.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of IMCR project through weekly reviews with all CFT's stakeholders & Platform head.
• Periodic IMCR proposal updates to IMCR head & seeking assistance to bottleneck issues if any.
• Benchmarking internally for improving efficiency of existing IMCR processes.
• Completion of IMCR Projects as per the target date & achieves Set Annual target.
• Generate cost savings ideas on regular basis to fill idea pipeline.
