Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in India seeks a seasoned project engineer to drive program execution across cross-functional teams, monitor milestones, and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals.

You will coordinate with suppliers, track gateways, manage risks and budgets, and support E-BOM release and build sign-off for vehicle programs. BE/ME in Electronics with 7–12 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• BE or ME/MTech in Electronics or closely related field.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with platform teams and COEs.
• Experience in project planning, risk monitoring and budget estimation.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with Platform team and VES COEs to ensure TCP targets are met.
• Prepare and monitor L1–L4 timeplans; communicate revisions to COEs.
• Monitor project risk and escalate to GPHs, Delivery heads, Vertical Heads, President.
• Track gateway deliverables, monitor activities and close gaps, represent GPHs in NPQ meetings.
• Track software releases in line with MPDS Gateway.
• Monitor CMTCP timeline and performance, circulate MIS reports to leadership.
• Maintain project-specific issue lists and drive closure.
• Provide support for new program scope finalization and budget estimation.
• Support E-BOM release and build intent sign-off for respective builds.
• Support parts tracking for vehicle builds with CDMM coordination.
• Monitor supplier development activities and elevate critical concerns.
• Publish validation, RGA, and plant-specific concerns reports to internal teams.
• Monitor investment and material cost and communicate deviations to central budget team.
• Consolidate IMCR and field concerns for implementation.
• Monitor and manage resource utilization; standardize within projects.
• Assist NDA/PR-PO/Contract/Service agreement preparation and IP registration.

Monitor and publish – Validation, RGA, Plant specific concerns reports to internal team

Investment and Material Cost to be monitored and communicate to central budget management team and elevate for deviation

IMCR, Field concerns - consolidation and monitoring for implementation

Monitor and manage resource utilization

Standardization - within projects

Support for NDA/PR-PO/Contract/ Service agreement preparation, IPR Registration and Approval tracking
