Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a qualified IMCR program manager in Maharashtra. You will coordinate IMCR activities across VES COEs and drive TCP alignment with IMCR targets.

Responsibilities include owning IMCR deliveries for program reviews with CPH and leadership, identifying IMCR proposals, and conducting workshops with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers. The role requires BE/ME/MTech in Electronics and 4–7 years' experience; you will monitor budgets, timeplans, and risk, while supporting

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in IMCR or related program management.
• BE/ME/MTech in Electronics or equivalent engineering degree.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Job description

• 1. Communication with VES all COE’s for ensuring Program defined TCP are meeting the IMCR Targets.
• 2. Act as single point of ownership for VES IMCR deliveries to Program CPH/ Group CPH/ Vertical Head reviews for the respective projects.
• 3. Idetifying the IMCR proposals
• 4. Conducting the Workshop with Tire 1 & Tire 2 suplier
• 5. DCR, Validation, FTR. Pre-EN and EN release tracking for IMCR proposals
• 6. Timeplan, Budget preparation, CFT formation and monitoring for IMCR proposals.
• 7. Well versed for Brain Storming & vehicle level IMCR idea generation by doing architecture study, cost comparision, standardisation, benchmarking, layout study, feature comparision, alternate sourc & design otpimization etc.
• 8. IMCR proposal/Project Risk monitoring and escalation to GPH’s/Delivery heads/Vertical Heads/President.
• 9. Circulate Project MIS report to leadership team.
• 10. Support for new IMCR proposal change scope finalization, Budget estimation and CFT formation
• 11. Monitor supplier end development activities for IMCR ideas and escape critical concerns.
