Job summary

Algoworks is seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer to design, develop and support scalable FSC solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and OmniStudio. You will build secure, high-performing applications, maintain lending workflows, and drive FSC best practices while ensuring stability of existing Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of FSC implementation or development experience.
• Hands-on OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Experience developing secure API integrations and implementing Salesforce security best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD, source-driven development and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of governor limits, bulkification, testing strategies and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable FSC solutions across Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Build and maintain OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.
• Develop secure integrations with internal and third-party systems via REST APIs and OAuth.
• Ensure security with proper sharing rules, CRUD/FLS, and secure coding practices.
• Write unit tests, troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer to design, develop and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and OmniStudio. The role involves building secure, high-performing applications, maintaining complex lending workflows, integrating third-party systems and driving the adoption of FSC best practices while ensuring the stability of existing Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, QA teams and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), standard Salesforce capabilities and Experience Cloud.
• Build and maintain OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and Business Rules.
• Develop robust solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers and REST APIs.
• Create and support secure integrations with internal applications and third-party platforms using REST APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials and web services.
• Implement document generation and lifecycle management using OmniStudio Document Generation, Conga, Salesforce Files, or similar platforms.
• Ensure Salesforce security through proper sharing rules, CRUD/FLS enforcement, permission sets and secure coding practices.
• Write comprehensive unit tests, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance and resolve governor limit or automation failures.
• Manage deployments using Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines and source-driven development while supporting release management and production deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate work, perform code reviews and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation or development experience.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Experience developing secure API integrations and implementing Salesforce security best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD, source-driven development and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, testing strategies and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Must have skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and OmniStudio.
• Experience with REST API integrations, Named Credentials, OAuth and secure integration patterns.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD pipelines and source-driven deployments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, bulk-safe development and asynchronous processing.

Good to have skills:
