You will build FSC custom solutions, Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrate with core banking systems, collaborating with analysts and QA in an Agile environment.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to banking, wealth management, and insurance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Configure FSC data model objects (Client/Household, Financial Accounts, Financial Goals, Financial Holdings)
• Develop and manage Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and automation
• Integrate Salesforce with core banking, wealth management, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Handle data migration, data modeling, and Salesforce security/sharing rules
• Write unit tests and ensure code coverage meets deployment standards
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware tools)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation
• Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules)
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification
• Salesforce FSC Accredited Professional certification
• Prior experience working with banking, wealth management, or insurance clients
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
