Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated FSC Developer to design, develop, and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, integrations, and FSC implementations, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, business teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) applications based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Flows, and custom Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and business users to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support data migration, deployment activities, and release management processes.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce development with hands-on expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integration tools.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and platform capabilities.
• Experience in FSC implementation projects and customization of FSC features.
• Familiarity with deployment tools, version control systems, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator preferred.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC-specific configurations is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps processes.
• Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance preferred.
