Job summary

WillWare Technologies seeks a hands-on Salesforce Developer to design, build, test and deploy enterprise Salesforce solutions within an Agile team.

You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omnistudio and integrations, ensure data security and governance, and contribute to reusable components across projects.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally on large enterprise implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and asynchronous Apex.
• Omnistudio experience is required (Omniscript, Integration Procedure, Data Mappers).
• Experience with declarative automation — Flows, validation rules and process automation.
• Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP integrations, platform events and API data exchange.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security and sharing, and governor limits.
• Good grasp of Sales/End User Cloud configurations and related tooling.
• Excellent debugging, testing and problem-solving skills with focus on quality.
• Strong communication in an Agile, distributed team and willingness to own features end-to-end.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / Administrator and/or Platform AppBuilder.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, testing and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Omnistudio, LWC, SOQL and declarative tools.
• Debug production issues quickly, provide workarounds to business users if available and prioritize permanent fixes.
• Translating user stories and technical designs into working, maintainable features aligned to the roadmap.
• Building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events and middleware.
• Writing high-quality, well-documented code with strong unit-test coverage and governance of governor limits.
• Participating in code reviews and enforcing coding standards under guidance of Solution Architect.
• Configuring Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities to meet business requirements.
• Supporting the full software development lifecycle — estimation, build, testing, deployment and defect resolution.
• Hands-on work on change sets, data mappers and Omni studio deployments.
• Collaborating with Product, QA and Architecture in an Agile delivery team.
• Contributing to the growth of the Salesforce Practice by producing reusable components and assets.

• Good grasp of E&U Cloud/Sales Cloud configurations
• Solid debugging, testing and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and performance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills,comfortable working inan Agile, distributed team
• Willingness to take ownership of problems andsee features through to production
• Salesforce certified — Platform Developer I; Administrator and/or Platform AppBuilder
