Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Salesforce FSC Consultant based in India to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for banking, financial services, and insurance clients.

You will lead requirement sessions, translate business needs into technical specs, and guide development teams while leveraging FSC, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and integration patterns across MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of professional Salesforce experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, automation, and configuration.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with MuleSoft or comparable middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document requirements from banking, financial services, and insurance stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce FSC solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Lead requirement workshops, discussions, reviews, and design sessions.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specs for development teams.
• Configure and customize Salesforce FSC, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Develop using Apex, LWC, Flows, automation, validation, objects, and approvals.
• Implement Service Cloud capabilities for case management and service processes.

This is a senior consulting role focused on designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for banking, financial services, and insurance organizations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

The role combines functional consulting, solution design, Salesforce configuration, development, integration, and technical leadership.

You will work extensively with Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud while supporting enterprise-grade customer and service processes.

The position also involves designing secure integrations, supporting data migration and governance, and maintaining strong Salesforce development standards.

You will have an opportunity to influence solution architecture, guide development teams, and contribute to successful production deployments.

Accountabilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across banking, financial services, and insurance environments.

• Lead requirement discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, solution reviews, and functional design sessions.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.

• Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Lightning Experience capabilities.

• Develop and implement solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, process automation, validation rules, custom objects, and approval processes.

• Implement Service Cloud capabilities supporting case management, customer service processes, and related workflows.

• Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and appropriate integration patterns.

• Work with MuleSoft and other middleware technologies to connect Salesforce with banking, insurance, and other enterprise systems.

• Support data migration, data quality, master data governance, and secure data exchange across integrated platforms.

• Provide technical leadership to development teams, reviewing solution designs and code while promoting Salesforce best practices and governance.

• Support production deployments, release management, CI/CD processes, and ongoing solution improvements.

• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams to resolve complex implementation challenges.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of professional experience, with substantial experience delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning Experience, and preferably Experience Cloud.

• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flows, process automation, and Salesforce configuration.

• Strong experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs and applying enterprise integration patterns.

• Experience with MuleSoft or comparable middleware platforms is highly valued.

• Understanding of data migration, data quality, master data governance, and secure integration practices.

• Experience working with CI/CD and DevOps practices, Git, and Salesforce DX.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development standards, security, and governance.

• Ability to lead technical discussions, conduct design and code reviews, and provide guidance to development teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence working across business and technical teams.
