Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Salesforce Developer (FSC) to design, implement, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions in an FSC environment. You will work on Apex classes, LWC, and Triggers, and drive automation with Flows, Workflows, and Process Builder.

You will configure objects, validation rules, and OmniStudio components, and build integrations via REST/SOAP. The role includes testing, deployment, production support, and mentoring junior teammates to promote best

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Triggers.
• Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder.
• OmniStudio components (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, validation rules, and automation.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.

Job description

Intermediate- Senior Salesforce Developer (FSC)

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using:
• Apex classes and triggers
• Visualforce pages (where applicable)
• Implement automation using Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder.
• Write reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
• Configure and customize FSC features, including:
• Household and Account Models
• Financial Accounts and Products
• Referrals, Opportunities, and Cases
• Client Onboarding and Engagement Workflows
• Optimize FSC implementation to support business processes, compliance, and reporting requirements.

3. Salesforce Configuration & OmniStudio

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Support process automation and digital workflow implementations.

4. Integration & APIs

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, or middleware solutions.
• Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across systems.

5. Testing & Deployment

• Participate in unit testing, UAT, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, data, or system issues.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and product teams to understand requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in:

Experience & Skills

• 3–7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Hands-on experience with:
• Apex, LWC, Triggers

• OmniStudio components (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, validation rules, and automation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and deployment practices.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services processes is a plus.
