Qualifications

18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects.
8+ years of people management and Technical Architecture experience.
Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Insurance Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
Salesforce Certification preferred (Admin, Developer, Cloud Architect).
Ability to rapidly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Manage, train, mentor, and build the careers of a technical consulting team
Oversee up to 35 Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers
Deliver senior technical architect work on Financial Services domain projects at 25% utilization
Balance project delivery with leadership of the technical consulting team
Hire, train, and mentor Technical Consultants in Insurance and Financial Services or Healthcare
Build the Insurance and Financial Services practice through internal initiatives, business planning, methodology development, enablement, onboarding, and recruiting
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues on emerging technologies
Lead internal initiatives and contribute to the consulting community knowledge base
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions
Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for enterprise-level customer engagements
Shape architectural vision and establish program architectural roadmaps
Lead functional and technical workshops, including design, delivery, testing, and deployment
Lead developer project teams delivering optimized Salesforce solutions for Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud clients
Ensure team success, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes
Manage customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party stakeholders
Establish customer trust and promote or implement Salesforce best practices
Proactively identify and manage solution risks through completion
Champion AI-first development using Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Apex, LWC, and integrations while maintaining governor-limit compliance and platform security
Document custom code and maximize development velocity using modern AI coding assistants

Requirements

18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and handling individual contributors
8+ years of people management and Technical Architecture experience
Strong application design skills
Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills
Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Insurance Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Vlocity OmniStudio
Expertise in Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, or Healthcare domains
