Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Chennai is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design and develop vehicle interiors and exteriors, focusing on trims and technology projects.

You will create engineering drawings, 3D annotations, and concept proposals, generate multiple design options, and apply first principles to solve problems. Strong communication and drawing skills are required.

Formación

• Experience in design and development of vehicle interiors or exterior trims and technology projects.
• Knowledge of latest automotive technologies and trends.
• Ability to create concept proposals and engineering drawings/3D annotations.
• Ability to develop multiple design concepts and select the optimum solution.
• Proven problem solving with first principles thinking and good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Generate multiple proposals for vehicle interior/exterior trims based on architecture and constraints.

Qualifications

B.E/B.TECH ( MECHANICAL)

• Experience in Design & Development of Vehicle Interior or Exterior Trims & Worked on Technology Projects
• Knowledge on Latest technology emerging in Automotive Industry
• Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and the ability to create concepet proposals, Engineering Drawings / 3D Annotations of the components/Systems
• Demonstrates ability to gather information for generating concepts. Generates and analyses multiple concepts /proposals to select the most optimum design
• Proven problem solving with First principles thinking and strong communication skills
• Creates parametric models for complex parts/ sub-assemblies by incorporating the right dimensions
• Decides parameters for gathering relevant information at a subsystem level. Interprets benchmark information to generate proposals for part/assembly
• Generates multiple alternatives of Master sections based on Vehicle Architecture, benchmarking, strength requirements and other system constraints
