• Analyze claims to identify trends, detect potential frauds and areas of Improvements.
• Diligently attend to escalation.
• Publishing reports to leadership on performance metrices.
• Maintain proper documentation of processes and cross skilling of resources.
• Ensure SLA’s & KPI’s are consistently met.
