Eligibility

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Manage the employee lifecycle - Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries
• Process HR transactions - Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
• Support audits and reporting - Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance
• Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes

Experience Required

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable
• Proficient in MS excel for managing data
• Good Communication Skills
