• Be focused in processing, verifying, and managing claims for reimbursements.
• Ensuring accurate payments by preparing files and ensuring timely payments.
• Maintain track of Payments made and 'Fallouts'.
• Handling 'Fallouts' diligently and taking them to logical closures.
• Handle various aspects of the claim lifecycle, from initial review to final payment.
• Including regular follow ups with multiple stakeholders - Customer, Client, F&A, vendor portal.
• Adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Responding to employee queries with TAT.

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Sahyadri Park, Plot No. 2 & 3, Phase 3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi-Maan, Pune.

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only
