Job summary

Job Title: HR Operations – Associates

Date: September 19th, 2026 (Saturday)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus, Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru – 560100

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 1-3 years

Mandatory Documents to carry:

Must Have:

Technical/Functional Skills Manage the employee lifecycle – Handle all stages, including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding, ensuring a consistent and compliant process across countries Process HR transactions – Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft). Support audits and reporting – Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes

Experience Required 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable Proficient in MS excel for managing data Good Communication Skills
