Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years of experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning, and commercial management.
• Full delivery life-cycle experience in complex, regulated or mission critical projects.
• Strong communicator with stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide multidisciplinary technical, engineering support and supervision across site wide activities.
• Ensures robust controls, quality and accurate as-built verification for Civils, Structural and Architectural work.
• Ensures scope of works are quality controlled ensuring quality controls are implemented and communicated.
• Review design information, resolving queries with designers and trade contractors to maintain delivery confidence.
• Manage contractors, ensuring full adherence to project plans, quality plans, construction methodology and specifications.
• Support Site Engineers or Inspectors while driving continuous improvement, quality assurance and safety on site.

You'll Be Responsible For
