Job summary

Adani Realty in Mumbai is seeking a senior design scheduling professional to build and maintain an integrated design timeline across master planning, architecture, structural, MEP, infra, landscape and interiors. You will coordinate COEs, consultants, PMC and GC to align inputs, comments and interface dependencies on time.

The candidate should have 12-18 years of experience in real estate, construction or infra sectors, with an MBA/PGDM and a degree in engineering/architecture/finance.

Qualifications

• 12-18 years of experience in real estate, construction, infra or hospitality sectors.
• MBA / PGDM from a reputed institute; exposure to real estate/infrastructure-based businesses preferred.
• Engineering / Architecture / Finance graduate from a recognized Indian institution.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated design schedule across master planning, architecture, structural, MEP, infra, landscape and interiors.
• Coordinate COEs, consultants, PMC and GC to close inputs, comments and interface dependencies on time.
• Track consultant appointment milestones, scope readiness and design deliverable commitments
• Ensure adherence to approved product strategy, design brief and stage-gate review requirements
• Monitor timely issuance of IFC/GFC drawings, RFI logs and overdue actions
• Drive usage of Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent for transmittals, revisions and drawing traceability
• Maintain exception logs and escalation notes for slippages, missing inputs and unresolved decisions
• Publish weekly design MIS on milestones, ageing, risks and decisions required for leadership review.
