Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital Limited (ABCL) is hiring a Lead Data Scientist in Mumbai to drive end-to-end analytics projects across BFSI domains. You will lead model development, feature engineering and stakeholder communication, mentoring a team of data scientists and ensuring scalable deployment.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in analytics within banks, NBFCs or Fintechs, and strong proficiency in Python, SQL and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant analytics experience in BFSI domain.
• Lead end-to-end execution of analytical requirements including model development, implementation & stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms and statistical modelling in BFSI domain.
• Articulate complex data science models to relevant audience and present solutions concisely.

• Design, prototype, build & maintain frameworks for model deployment at scale.
• Perform feature engineering from traditional and alternate data sources.
• Mentor team of data scientists
