Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a Lead - Acquisition & New Engagements, Partnerships Analytics in Maharashtra to drive data-driven decision making for credit and risk functions. You will review and develop statistical models, validate them, and deliver analytical requirements across the business.

You will establish Data & Analytics practices, build teams, manage stakeholders across functions, and guide the organization toward becoming data-driven, leveraging R, Python or SAS and data visualization

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Expert coding skills in R, Python or SAS and experience with data visualization tools.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop statistical models and validate them for credit and risk functions.

Job Purpose:

Responsible to review and development of statistical model, validate the model and other data analysis and to deliver regular analytical requirement seamlessly specifically for credit and risk functions.

• Establishing the Data and Analytics practices
• Team building and bonding
• Stakeholder management and Cross team interactions
• Handle first level of escalation
• Liaise with business team and work for business goal
• Thorough understanding of housing finance business and collections lifecycle
• Help the business partners to grow the business
