Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital Limited is seeking a Data Scientist to translate business problems into analytics projects and develop statistical models using Python and related technologies. You will work with bureau data, collaborate with Policy, Credit, Collections, Operations and Product teams, and present analytical results to management.

The role emphasizes building and applying AI/ML algorithms to drive business decisions and outcomes within a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Understand the business deeply and translate business problems to data science and analytics problems.
• Strong understanding of working with bureau data.
• Brainstorm, research, learn & implement new/existing AI & Machine learning algorithms.
• Build statistical models and algorithms using R / Python/PySpark/Databrics.
• Develop solid understanding of business drivers and how data is used to drive decisions and behaviors.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Policy, Credit, Collections, Operations, Product etc.
• Presenting results of models/analytical solutions to management.
