Job summary

Sigma Earth in India seeks an experienced CSR professional to lead social impact initiatives and NGO partnerships. The role covers end‑to‑end project lifecycle support, including onboarding, evaluation, and compliant fund management, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

You will drive inclusion programs, analyze workforce trends, and foster strong stakeholder relationships while mentoring junior teammates to advance the firm’s CSR strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of CSR project management experience in structured environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• 4–6 years of proven experience in CSR project management, social impact initiatives, NGO program coordination, or similar roles within corporate or structured organizations (required).


• Hands‑on experience managing or supporting the full CSR project lifecycle, including NGO onboarding, project evaluation, compliance monitoring, and fund management processes (required).


• Analyzing workforce trends to align human capital strategies with broader business objectives.


• Designing and implementing inclusion strategies to build a diverse, equitable, and engaging employee experience.


• Leading or supporting change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee wellbeing.


• Conducting research and leveraging industry trends to develop data‑driven strategic recommendations.


• Developing and executing diversity and inclusion programs to attract and retain diverse talent.


• Using data analytics to generate insights that support informed decision‑making and strategy development.


• Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to enable effective execution of firm‑wide initiatives.


• Managing complex situations by anticipating the needs of teams, clients, and stakeholders.


• Upholding organizational values, professional standards, and the firm’s code of conduct in all engagements.

What You Must Have

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in CSR project management, social impact, NGO program coordination, or related roles in structured organizational environments (required).


• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field (required).


• Strong oral and written communication skills in English (required).
