Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant for Enterprise Application with Oracle database leadership. You will oversee design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle databases, driving performance, scaling, and security across critical systems.

You will guide upgrades, data migrations, and policy development, while mentoring teammates and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaboration with global stakeholders will shape strategic database solutions and modernization initiatives.
