Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Consultant for Enterprise Applications focusing on Oracle databases. You will design, implement, and maintain Oracle DBs, drive performance tuning, and lead migration projects while mentoring junior staff and ensuring security and compliance across our enterprise infrastructure.

The role requires strong Oracle certifications, collaboration with stakeholders, and staying updated with Oracle technologies in a hybrid work setup in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or information technology.
• Oracle certifications and hands-on Oracle database experience are required.
• Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning and data migration.
