Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a skilled MSD 365 CRM Functional specialist in Bengaluru to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and configure Dynamics 365 modules across Sales, Customer Service and Insights.

You will collaborate with technical teams to validate solutions and support data migration tasks. The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM configurations, security roles, and end-to-end testing, plus documentation and training material creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering/CS/IT or related field.
• Oracle Cloud certification is preferred for this role.
• Experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Sales and CRM functions.
• Translate requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional specifications.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules based on business processes and requirements.
• Work with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Insights/Journeys functionality.
• Define and configure Business Process Flows, Rules, Workflows, Forms, Views, Dashboards.
• Configure security roles, teams, users, and access privileges with security in mind.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between standard functionality and business needs.
• Prepare FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with developers to validate requirements and solutions.
• Support CRM integrations with other enterprise apps and data migration tasks.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and UAT plans; execute tests.
• Provide training materials and user guides; support change management.
• Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and release management for CRM.
• Offer production support and troubleshoot post go-live issues.
