Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Lead Consultant for Enterprise Application with Oracle expertise to oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle databases. You will drive performance tuning, capacity planning, and data migration projects while guiding junior team members and enforcing security policies.

The role requires strong Oracle knowledge, relevant certifications, and experience in ERP/Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, with a hybrid work setup in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering/science or information technology or Masters in software engineering.
• Experience with Oracle database design, upgrades, patches and migrations.
• Knowledge of data security and regulatory compliance related to databases.
