Job description

The Lead is responsible for driving campaign excellence, team leadership, and business growth across multiple accounts. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance big-picture thinking with strong execution while building a high-performing team.

The Lead will manage and mentor two Senior Managers, who in turn oversee a larger team. This role requires guiding the team’s direction, ensuring strong delivery across campaigns, and developing team members into future leaders.

Along with operational leadership, the Lead will also oversee account-level P&Ls, ensuring campaigns remain profitable, resources are effectively allocated, and the business continues to grow sustainably.

This position demands ownership, strategic thinking, people leadership, and the ability to build strong systems that help both the team and the organisation scale.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Leadership

Lead campaign strategy across accounts, ensuring ideas are aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and measurable outcomes. Guide teams in solving complex campaign challenges while maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.

Lead two Senior Managers and guide the larger team under them. Mentor team members, strengthen their skill sets, and build clear growth pathways so individuals develop into stronger managers and future leaders.

Account Ownership & P&L Management

Oversee the financial health of accounts by monitoring P&Ls, ensuring campaigns remain profitable, and balancing resource allocation effectively across projects and teams.

Identify new opportunities in influencer marketing, emerging platforms, and campaign formats. Contribute to scalable campaign frameworks and innovative approaches that strengthen the company’s offerings by working closely with the BD team.

Operational Excellence & Cross-Team Collaboration

Ensure smooth coordination across internal teams including client servicing, business development, finance, and legal. Improve processes, build efficient systems, and maintain operational discipline across campaigns.

Set the tone for team culture by leading with accountability, empathy, and clarity. Encourage collaboration, transparent communication, and a mindset focused on growth, learning, and performance.
