Job summary

MSL India is seeking an experienced consultant to drive client engagements and growth. You will lead mandates, own P&L responsibilities, and share domain expertise with peers while guiding junior colleagues to achieve client outcomes.

The role focuses on business development, cross-functional collaboration, and managing key client relationships in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years' experience with leadership of multiple mandates and preferably managing a P&L.
• Understanding of how agency services, products, offerings contribute to client retention and growth.
• Articulate and professional in representing the firm.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues and be a trusted partner to seniors.
• Respectful, tactful, and team-first in dealings with coworkers and clients.
