Altruista Health is looking for a sourcing procurement manager - non-US role to lead vendor engagements across India, the Philippines, and Mexico, focusing on non-US entities and contracts. The role emphasizes identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliant procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Source (identification of vendors) goods and services for non-US business entities / non-US vendors
• Negotiate commercial terms for non-US business entities / non-US vendor contracts
• Lead the review of non-US vendor contracts, engaging the support of legal, information security, finance, and business leads as needed.
• Initiate onboarding of new non-US vendors
• Maintain non-US vendor contracting process
• Engage offshore sourcing/procurement team as needed for raising purchase requests
• Liaise with Accounts Payable teams, as needed, to ensure purchase orders are in place where needed for non-PO backed invoices
• Liaise with Tax team to ensure POs have appropriate GST (for India vendors)
• Track $ savings (actual spend reduction and cost avoidance) for non-US purchase
• Identify opportunities to consolidate local geography

Overview

The sourcing procurement manager - non-US role leads various procurement-related activities related to third-party vendor engagements. While the majority of non-US vendor contracts and purchasing will support HealthEdge's India business units, this role will also be the sourcing/procurement lead for HealthEdge's operations in the Philippines and Mexico.
