Job Overview

We are seeking a Procurement professional to lead and direct all sourcing efforts for our company in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strategy to improve product delivery and quality, enabling growth through supply base responsiveness and flexibility, and achieving 100% on-time supplier deliveries.

• Develop a strategy to significantly improve product delivery and quality
• Enable growth through high level of supply base responsiveness, flexibility and agility
• Develop systems/processes to achieve 100% on-time supplier deliveries partnering with supplier performance organization
• Develop supply base rationalization strategy and implementation roadmap working with commodity teams
• Lead functional transformation initiatives to drive step function improvements in efficiency, speed and execution
• Develop an effective management system for sourcing organization and activities
• Collaborate with customer team to develop winning strategies for growth
