Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, finance, or analytics.
• HR professional certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or MIHRM.
• Experience in People Advisory or HR transformation.
• Strong data analysis and BI familiarity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic direction for People Advisory, integrating talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Lead large-scale workforce transformation and change projects, ensuring effective implementation and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and support organizational agility.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses to guide people-focused change interventions.
• Drive leadership development, talent management programs, and succession planning efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people strategies and change initiatives through data and feedback.
• Provide expert advice to business leaders on complex people and change management challenges.
• Mentor and develop People Advisory teams, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
• Represent the People Advisory function in key internal and external forums to support organizational objectives.
