Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Lead Business Analyst to shape the product strategy and roadmap for our settlement and payout platform.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to design scalable solutions for partner settlement and core finance operations. You will own the vision, drive requirements, lead delivery with engineering teams, and establish metrics such as settlement accuracy and payout timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Background in finance, fintech, payments, or marketplace platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the settlement and payout platform.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and engineering to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead product execution with engineering across requirements, design, development, launch, and refinement.
• Develop auditable, configurable settlement systems for various business models and markets.
• Define success metrics and continuously improve platform performance.
