Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in Bengaluru invites an experienced Product Manager to lead our end-to-end settlement and payout product.

You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to translate financial and regulatory needs into scalable systems and workflows, enabling accurate settlements and timely payouts. You will drive the product from definition through design, development, launch, and iteration, ensuring auditable settlement processes that support multiple

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience launching and scaling complex systems
• Background in finance, accounting, fintech, payments, or marketplace/retail platforms
• Hands-on experience with settlement, payout, reconciliation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data and metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for settlement and payout platform
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering
• Drive end-to-end product execution from requirements to launch
• Design robust, auditable settlement systems for various models
• Establish and monitor success metrics and optimize performance
• Lead prioritization and communicate roadmap decisions to leadership
