EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape the product strategy and roadmap of the settlement and payout platform. You will collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and engineering teams to design and expand systems supporting partner settlement and core finance operations.

You will own the product vision, lead cross-functional execution, and establish metrics to continuously improve settlement accuracy and payout timeliness in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Business/Finance/Engineering/CS.
• Experience building products and scaling complex systems.
• Strong analytical skills with data/metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
