Job summary

EPAM Systems in Pune is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with extensive multi-domain experience to bridge business stakeholders and IT teams, driving requirements, BPM, and AI-enabled delivery. You will elicit and document across complex initiatives, manage requirements end-to-end, and define as-is/to-be states while guiding BPM efforts.

The role requires 10–15 years in business analysis, strong Agile expertise, BRD/FRD authoring, and stakeholder management to ensure alignment across functions

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirement gathering practices.
• Proficiency in authoring BRDs, FRDs, and Business Requirements Definition and Documentation.
• Skills in requirements analysis and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation and documentation activities across complex business initiatives.
• Oversee requirement management and workflow processes end-to-end.
• Conduct As-Is discovery, define To-Be states, and drive BPM efforts.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance BA/PO activities as an AI-assisted and AI-enabled BA.
• Develop agents to support day-to-day BA/PO activities, where applicable.
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure alignment.
• Act as the bridge between Business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own both Functional and Non-Functional Requirements across engagements.
• Handle Technical Requirements and contribute to solutioning discussions.
