Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in BA/PO roles.
• Background in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, or Life Sciences domains.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, and FRD creation.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management across all organizational levels.
• Skills in Agile Scrum, Kanban, and preferably SAFe methodologies.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and mockup creation.
• Competency in SQL, APIs, and ETL processes for data-driven analysis.
• Exposure to AI-assisted and AI-enabled BA practices, including AI models for BA/PO productivity.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
