Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Lead/Senior Business Analyst to drive requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement across BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance and Lifesciences domains. You will leverage AI tools and agile practices to deliver value and productivity gains.

Responsibilities include documenting BRD/FRD, collaborating with cross-domain stakeholders, facilitating SAFe/ Scrum ceremonies, and integrating AI to streamline BA/PO tasks while shaping UI/UX designs and data/API

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of IT experience in BA or PO roles
• Experience across BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, Lifesciences domains
• Expertise in BRD, FRD and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in SQL, API, and Data/ETL technologies
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
• Knowledge of AI tools for BA/PO activities
• UI/UX design and mockup creation skills
• Ability to develop agents to support BA/PO activities

• Gather and document business requirements through BRD and FRD artifacts to support project delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains to align business objectives with technical solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to ensure smooth project execution
• Integrate AI tools and models into day-to-day BA/PO activities to improve productivity and decision-making
• Develop UI/UX designs and mockups to support product and solution definition
• Work closely with technical teams on Data, ETL processes, and API integrations
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support stakeholder management efforts to ensure alignment between business and technical teams

Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in IT, with proven track record in Business Analysis or Product Ownership roles within the IT industry
• Background in BFSI, Healthcare, Insurance, and Lifesciences domains
• Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in SQL, API, and Data/ETL technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted approaches for BA/PO activities
• Skills in UI/UX design and mockup creation
• Capability to develop agents to support BA/PO activities
