The role involves building of business knowledge by understanding the various systems and processes in the organization, and by exploring and analyzing their associated data.## **Key Responsibilities*** **Business Analysis**: Gather, analyze, and document business, functional and data demand requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories). Translate business needs into clear system specifications and acceptance criteria. Create test plans, test cases, and support System Testing and UAT. Track and resolve issues using tools like JIRA**,** Confluence, and collaborate with technology teams.* **Business Knowledge**: Develop business context and knowledge. Become a subject matter expert in the different systems, processes and associated data models in the organization.* **Data Exploration:** Understand existing data & reporting across multiple platforms scattered across the organization. Gather information by connecting with people across business teams and technology.* **Data Analysis**: Conduct in-depth data analysis of business data.
