Job summary

A leading technology firm is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in technical project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and agile methodologies. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution and delivery. Experience with APIs, integrations, and advanced tools like JIRA and SQL will be essential. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technical project delivery.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Expertise in requirement documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with engineering and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed documentation.
• Act as the bridge between business, product, QA, and development teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture to validate feasibility and design.
• Support solution design, integrations, APIs, and system workflows.
• Act as Product Owner / Proxy PO when required and groom backlogs.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to delivery and UAT sign-off.
• Coordinate with business, product, QA, and development teams; manage change requests.
