What You’ll Do

• Transform customer, sales, and marketing data into actionable insights that influence business decisions, improve customer experiences, and drive commercial growth.
• Lead advanced analytics initiatives, including customer segmentation, behavioral analysis, hypothesis testing, and performance measurement to uncover opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
• Develop compelling Power BI dashboards and visualizations that provide clear, data-driven storytelling for business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams define analytical priorities, solve complex business challenges, and translate insights into measurable actions.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership teams, simplifying complex data into meaningful business outcomes and influencing decision‑making.
• Drive excellence in data quality, reporting, and analytical practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across analytics deliverables

What You’ll Bring

• Significant experience in sales, marketing, or customer analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and independently delivering analytical solutions and dashboards from concept to completion
• Proficiency in SQL, Power Query, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience using Python or R for advanced analysis
• Leverage modern AI and analytics technologies, including Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Fabric, Python and cloud data platforms, to accelerate insight generation and enhance business value.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, customer segmentation, and working with large, complex datasets
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting clear and engaging insights to senior stakeholders
