Position - Lead Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst

We are looking for a business analyst who will be responsible for reporting and analysing company’s data. The candidate will be leading a team of 2-3 Business analysts and is responsible for all management reporting, data and variance analysis and providing business insights to increase profitability.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of data analysts, provide mentorship and guidance and build a collaborative environment.

Develop a mechanism for tracking key metrics on a real time basis. Sanitise the large data sets and analyse the same to derive insights and identify trends.

Develop and maintain data models, dashboards to track the key KRAs across the company and various departments.

Collaborate with other departments to understand business objectives, identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis.

Monitor department progress by tracking activity; publish progress reports on the assigned projects and tasks.

Identity and implement the best data tool suited to the requirements of the respective projects.

Drive continuous improvement in data quality, accuracy, and reliability through rigorous data validation practices.

Skills and Experiences

2-6 years of experience (ecommerce preferred)

MBA preferred
