Job summary

Insight is hiring a Business Analyst I to drive operational effectiveness by analyzing data, maintaining reporting processes and supporting business operations. You will deliver advanced analytics, improvements in reporting and insights for decision-making, including forecasting and performance management.

Key duties include owning dashboards, maintaining data quality, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with PowerBI / Power Platform / PowerApps.
• Experience with Office 365 suite.
• Knowledge of macros and basic automated tasks.
• Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Ability to develop standard reports and document procedures.
• Familiarity with IT operations and workforce management.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like CoPilot and ChatGPT.
• Ability to monitor commitments vs actuals.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a Business Analyst I, you will drive operational effectiveness by analyzing data, maintaining reporting processes, and supports business operations activities using standard methods. We will count on you to deliver advanced operational analysis, drives reporting improvements, and supports decision-making through insights, forecasting, and performance management. What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and/or can demonstrate equivalent work experience
• Working experience on PowerBI / Power Platform / PowerApps
• Working experience on Office 365 suite
• Knowledge on Macros and Basic Automations
• Ability to translate raw operational data into actionable insights for stakeholders
• Develop standard reports and guide Analysts by documenting defined procedures.
• Working Knowledge on various project Management/Resource Management & Workforce Management.
• Good understanding of IT Operations
• Hands-on experience on AI tools like CoPilot, ChatGPT etc
• Help monitor and track operational commitments vs actuals
