About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics excellence, translate data into strategic insights, and lead high-impact analytics initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data analytics initiatives, from requirement gathering to insight delivery and stakeholder presentation.
• Collaborate closely with business, product, and leadership teams to define data-driven strategies and KPIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and best practices across analytics workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
• Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Work with large, complex datasets to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience working in SaaS, ERP, or EdTech domains is a strong plus.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and data querying techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis and automation (preferred).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
• Experience in defining KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring analytics teams.
