Tripify India is seeking a Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong passion for data, problem-solving, and business intelligence. Whether you’re a fresher with a foundation in data analytics or an experienced analyst looking for a new challenge, you’ll get to work on diverse projects that influence business growth and strategic decisions.

As a Data Analyst at Tripify India, you’ll be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate data into meaningful strategies that enhance customer experience and optimise performance across our travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and process structured and unstructured data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop dashboards, data models, and automated reports using BI tools and scripting languages.
• Perform detailed data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and anomalies that drive business decisions.
• Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, product) to identify business opportunities through data.
• Present insights to management using data visualisation tools and storytelling techniques.
• Work with SQL databases, Python, R, and other statistical tools to perform advanced data analysis.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Support predictive modelling and forecasting initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Good understanding of data modelling, statistics, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for visualisation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Experience in the travel, tech, or e-commerce industry.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with API data integration and automation workflows.
• Exposure to A/B testing, data pipelines, or machine learning.
