Job summary

Zetwerk in Numaligarh, India, is seeking a Billing Specialist to prepare and submit client RA bills, progress bills, and final bills, review BOQ, drawings, and contract documents, and ensure billing aligns with contracts.

You will coordinate with client, consultant, planning, QS, commercial and site teams; verify quantities, maintain billing records and cost reports; identify gaps and assist in negotiations to maximize project revenue, with timely submission and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit client RA bills, progress bills, and final bills.
• Review BOQ, quantity measurements, work orders, and contract documents.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and supporting documents.
• Verify quantities with site measurements, drawings, and approved documents.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, planning, QS, commercial, and site teams.
• Review and validate subcontractor bills and payment certificates.
• Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, reconciliation statements, and cost reports.
• Prepare rate analysis and supporting documents for additional/extra works.
• Assist in contract administration, claims, and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure billing is in line with contract specifications, approved rates, and client requirements.
• Prepare billing MIS, revenue reports, and monthly commercial reports.
• Identify billing gaps, scope changes, and potential claims to maximize project revenue.
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills until certification and payment.
