Job summary

Innomech Aerospace Toolings is seeking a recruitment professional to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy and continuously improve the end-to-end hiring process for the organization.

The role involves creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applicants, and coordinating offers and onboarding to ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies.
• Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate fit effectively.
• Strong collaboration with HR and management to close roles quickly.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and applications.
• Assess applicants knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Close all positions within target timelines and onboard new employees.
• Provide well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
• Coordinate offer releases, gather documents, and assist with onboarding procedures.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards & present to HR Head & Management.
• Close open positions efficiently and maintain candidate flow.
