HappyLocate Relocation Services Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru is seeking a recruitment professional to own the full recruitment life cycle and drive hiring through low-cost channels. You will source, attract, and engage top candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and rigorous skills assessment.

You will partner with team leads and heads to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and maintain hands-on Excel-based reporting to track progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment life cycle.
• Prior Exposure to hiring through Low and No cost channels.
• Source, attract and engage top candidates through a highly engaged approach and creating a positive candidate experience.
• Assess and qualify candidates for role related skills.
• Partner with internal team lead’s /function heads to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy.
• Hands on experience in Microsoft excel and reporting mechanism.
